Collab Training Academy

Collab Training Academy CIC is a Community Interest Company dedicated to empowering young people and communities in Stoke-on-Trent through education, skills development, and meaningful opportunities.

Operating from our 3,000 sq ft Youth & Community Hub at Joiners Square, Hanley, we provide alternative education provision, youth development programs, and community engagement initiatives for people aged 16-30 from disadvantaged backgrounds, as well as dedicated support for our elderly community.

Our facility is available for Venue Hire for all occasions, and we organise and host a wide range of community events throughout the year.

Our work includes the “It Takes a Village” Youth Forum, community garden projects, digital inclusion programs, and the innovative Music AI Gaming (M.A.G) project. As Digital Champions in partnership with Wavemaker, we’re expanding digital inclusion across our community. We take a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach to supporting diverse populations including young people, elderly residents, refugees, and families.

As a Reboot IT For All community partner, we’re committed to bridging the digital divide by connecting refurbished technology with young people, elderly community members, and others who face genuine digital poverty, helping them access education, employment opportunities, and essential services.
