Users can register as “Sponsor”, “Supporter”, or “Charity”. Registration requires providing personal and, if applicable, business/organisation/community details, including name, address, email, phone number, username, and a logo image. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3. User-Generated Content

Registered users may post messages on the site. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you post does not infringe on any rights and complies with applicable laws. Reboot IT For All CIC reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

4. E-commerce and Orders

While we offer products and services at no charge, all orders are considered requests and are fulfilled subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders or change stock availability at any time without obligation.

• Eligibility: Only registered charities are eligible to place orders for products and services offered on Reboot IT For All CIC. Each order placed by a charity is considered a request and is subject to product availability and our discretion to fulfill.
• Order Identification: Charities making multiple requests may need a method to distinguish each order. We require that a unique reference number or identifier be included with each order for this purpose. No end-user personal details should be included in the order information.

5. Returns and Faulty Products

We accept returns of faulty products or products no longer needed, under conditions set forth on our website. Since all transactions are free of charge, no refunds are applicable.
